Who does she think she is?

Opportunistic cat. With the studio in a state of preparation for an upcoming show, sweet little Junior Kitty, a.k.a. "Schnook" used the canvas that is being flattened (I hope) for the perfect napping spot---for the last few days!

(Isn't it annoying when canvases warp? Darned humid Ohio weather!)

  1. Good luck on all the prep work ...and what a terrific studio pal you've got there...she doesn't shed either does she :-)

  2. There is plenty of prep work, and in typical fashion, I didn't get as much done as I'd hoped while I had the time. I'm back to work now (today was the first day of classes, yikes!)and my days are back to back full. C'est la vie!

  3. Oh and does the cat shed, ha...
more like furry clumps and downy stuff..She is a great studio pal, it will be interesting to see if she migrates to the new studio.

  4. bet she will.

hope that you enjoy your 'back to school'and the opportunity to inspire a whole new batch of right brains.

...our kids don't return until the 8th of Sept.

  5. She is, of course, The Queen of Your Universe. All you are and all you do revolves around Her. That's just the way it is with cats; they are the Sun and we are Its helplessly magnetized planets. ;-D

Cats are the ultimate "chaise-longeurs" ... chaise-loungers ... I've no idea if my French is accurate, but the meaning is ... The presence of my cats is a resting place ... Who cannot soften in the sight of a feline form? I really think that the Egyptians were onto something with their adoration of cats ...

Beautiful cat; beautiful art; beautiful blog ... Thank you :-)
