These lovely 'shadows of yourself' are provacative and intriguing. They feel familair. I remember listening to an artist friend describe how she stopped painting when her mother died...it had been two years since she had felt the urge to return to her studio. I was schocked and couldn't concieve of such a thing. Then when my mother died several years later I watched as my desire to make images of any kind receded for a period of months that quickly became a year.
These two photos you've made give me a way of now seeing how I then felt. Thank you.
