inspired by the fall colors, the oddity of contrasts. the autumn has lasted so long and there are daily juxtapositions of tree colors against backdrops that change.
your paintings look awesome. i love the one in the middle with the road and the tree. the one on the top with the pink reminds me of Dr. Seuss trees, but i can't remeber which book they were in.:)
thanks! it is dr.seuss-like in the pink area---like his trees. its funny because that part of the painting is one area i don't care for! but i like dr. seuss!
