When I was little, I believed that the mysterious artist who came in the dark cold night, etching windows everywhere with intricate lacy designs truly exsisted. In the mornings after he came, I traced and studied the designs with my finger. Jack Frost was here!

Oh Mary Ann, thank you for this, I well remember Jack Frost's secret visits, growing up without central heating, leaving his artwork on the inside of my bedroom window.
ReplyDeleteZooms you are welcome! I love the magic of Jack Frost. But, its no wonder you live in a very warm sunny place--growing up without central heating!! It's funny, your comment reminded me that the first place my husband and I lived in was a converted chicken coop. Frost inside the windows and I often saw the curtains move from air moving through closed windows. The good old days!
